We are thrilled to announce that two PKL employees on the VMFAT-101 contract at MCAS Miramar were presented with the Hammer Award recently. This award is traditionally only presented to active duty personnel, so the opportunity to have this awarded to two of our civilian employees is exceptional!
The Hammer Award was “created in 2010 to recognize the performance of VMFAT-101 Maintainers. Recipients are recognized for exemplifying the dedication and technical expertise that have become the foundation of the VMFAT-101 Maintenance Department.”
Both Brandon Nardin and Nate Stuart were presented the award for their “high level of situational awareness and attention to detail” which prevented damage to the aircraft and a potential mishap. The Commanding Officer acknowledged both men for their performance and for setting the standard for the Maintenance Department.
A job well done by both employees! Keep up the exceptional work!

We always appreciate the hard work and dedication of our PKL employees. But we really enjoy seeing how much our customers appreciate it.
Our PKL employees have been hard at work with the USMC, here in the US and over in Afghanistan, for a number of years. As the contract nears its conclusion, the appreciation and accolades these employees receive continue to be presented.
In the latest recognition, our Afghanistan team was presented a very unique opportunity. We are honored that the CO of the MALS-70 Unit in Afghanistan invited our PKL employees to be a part of their unit photo!
Thanks, once again, to our employees for all their great work! And thanks to the MALS-70 team!

Yesterday, after 5 years of dedicated commitment to our NAVAIR RESET contract, we had to say goodbye to a number of our employees from Camp Pendleton, CA; Cherry Point, NC; and New River, NC. These employees worked diligently to ensure contract requirements were met, and often exceeded. Their professionalism defines the company we have become.
Though it is a reality of the industry in which we work, it is never easy to watch a contract end and to have to watch dedicated employees leave the company.
We can, however, thank them for their years of hard work and exceptional performance.
And not only do we acknowledge and appreciate the commitment our employees have exhibited, but our customers do too.
Our Camp Pendleton employees were treated to a ceremony and breakfast where they were presented with Letters of Appreciation from the squadron Commanding Officer, LtCol Valdez.
Here is the Letter of Appreciation for our employees from the Commanding Officer of the Marine Medium Helicopter Training Squadron 164 at Camp Pendleton.
Once again, thank you all for everything!
