PKL’s Owner Donates New Flooring to San Diego SWAT Helicopter Hangar

PKL’s owner and founder, Mr. Sam Flores, is a staunch supporter of the San Diego Police Department and, more specifically, their highly skilled Special Weapons And Tactics (SWAT) Teams.
Over the years Sam has made significant donations which helped in the acquisition of specialized weapons, equipment, and training facilities. Recently, Sam found out that the Department’s “Air Wing”, AirBorne Law Enforcement (ABLE) was looking to renovate the flooring in their hangar and office spaces.
Without hesitation Sam offered to cover the costs and fund the repairs through a private donation. He called on the reputable contractor, Eddie Mitchell of Top Construction. Eddie is a retired Marine Master Gunnery Sergeant and is PKL’s general contractor of choice. Top Construction readily identified qualified subcontractors that could provide quality work to meet the needs of the hangar improvements. The work was completed within a week and the results speak for themselves.
