PKL’s founder and chairman, Samuel Flores, Jr., was recognized by the San Diego SWAT for his donation to the team. Mr. Flores was presented the MP5 Auto on May 17, 2022 for his $500K donation to the San Diego SWAT Team during the SWAT Golf Tournament Oct, 20 2021.

For the third year in a row, PKL has been awarded the status of “Veteran Ready” by VETS – Beyond the Uniform. This recognition represents our dedication and commitment to hiring veterans and supporting their transitions to the civilian workforce.
At PKL, we retain an average 90% of veteran personnel across our company. We understand and appreciate the unique skill sets these employees bring from their military experience to help us better serve our customers.
The VETS – Beyond the Uniform program provides military veterans free access to a wide range of services including specialized assessments, one-on-one coaching & mentoring, video interview packages, and access to hundreds of workshops to support the missing skills & certifications to help them successfully integrate and be effective in the civilian workforce. We are proud to be recognized by this organization for another year.

The first edition of World Defense Show has successfully concluded in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with the event positioning itself for the future as an essential fixture in the defense and security sector calendar.
Throughout the week the PKL Services team was able to showcase the aviation maintenance, logistics, aerospace training, and mixed reality training services that make PKL a preferred service provider and partner in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and around the globe.

PKL is proud to support the Don E Davis Squadron in their mission to promote “the advancement of Marine Corps Aviation Association objectives and the Marine Corps Aviation logistics Community of Interest”. Our founder, Sam Flores, has been a long-standing supporter of this organization and their efforts. This contribution was recently recognized by the Squadron.

PKL Services, Inc. is honored to introduce our new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Michael Naylor. Mike joined PKL in 2013 and has previously served as the Senior Director of Program Management followed by the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) of PKL Services, Inc.
Mike joined PKL Services following a distinguished 30-year career with the U.S. Marine Corps, having served as the Deputy Commander, Marine Corps Installations West and retiring as a Colonel. Previously, Mike served as the Chief of Staff U.S. Joint Forces Command and U.S. National Liaison Representative to NATO Allied Command Transformation. He also served as the Commanding Officer of both Expeditionary Warfare Training Group, Atlantic and the Marine Corps’ CH-46E training squadron, HMM(T)-164. Mike also served as a Marine One Presidential Pilot, V-22 Operational Test Pilot , the Executive Assistant to the Deputy Commandant Programs and Resources and as an instructor pilot at MAWTS-1.
PKL is honored to welcome Mike to the role of CEO and we look forward to the future growth of PKL under Mike’s leadership.
